Our kitchen applies techniques from around the world to local products — including ingredients cultivated and developed at Ode Farm — in an authentic farm-to-table experience. With a sharing concept that encourages socializing and celebrating each moment, the menu is constantly evolving.
The current menu, with Asian inspiration, combines ingredients from Ribatejo with Asian culinary rigor and mastery, in a perfect harmonization with Ode wines.

A working estate of cork forest, vineyard, lakeshore, and open Ribatejo plain — AMAIA is, by its nature, riding country. Our equestrian concierge is on hand to arrange morning hacks through the canopy, lake-edge trails at dusk, lessons for younger riders, and longer rides into the wider countryside.
Each villa has its own hitching post and water trough, so a horse can simply be left at the door — quietly, without fuss — between rides. Stabling, transport, and seasonal use of estate horses are coordinated directly through the concierge.
