The Story

A development by Immerso Collective.

In 2021, a 96-hectare valley in Ribatejo became Immerso's first project in Europe. What began as Ode Winery has unfolded into AMAIA Valley.

Immerso Collective

The land came first.

The 96-hectare property was acquired by Immerso Collective with the aim of creating a project that would bring the deserved visibility to the region and to its extensive wine culture — through Ode Winery and Ode Farm & Living.

In 2021, the company began operating in Portugal — its first location in Europe — with the acquisition of what is now Ode Winery. AMAIA Valley is the natural unfolding of that vision: a hospitality-led estate where the winery is the heritage anchor, and a limited collection of private residences sits within a fully serviced, world-class environment.

Immerso is a company focused on luxury and sustainability. The projects developed by Immerso always aim to boost the region and the community in which they operate — in a perfect connection between care and respect for the environment and high standards of luxury and comfort.
